Gaming Systems

Laser-cut chassis, brackets, decorative panels, and tube frames for slot machines, kiosks, casino devices, and cabinet structures.

Gaming Systems

The gaming industry is the founding vertical for the Nevatronix family. Our parent company has shipped 1,000,000+ units to gaming OEMs over its history, and the laser cell exists in large part to feed that flow at production tempo.

What this looks like in practice

A typical gaming cabinet program runs 200–2,000 units per quarter, with revisions every 6–12 months and a strict serial-number-and-lot-trace requirement from regulators. The laser cell handles every flat panel, every chassis member, every tube-frame element — and ships parts directly to our co-located bending, welding, and finishing cells for final assembly under one PO.

Frequently asked questions

Can you hold cosmetic-face quality through laser cutting?
Yes. We cut from the unpainted side with protective film on the cosmetic face, or use nitrogen-assist gas to eliminate oxide on the cut edge. For class-A decorative panels, post-cut deburr and edge break is included.
Do you support serialized lot traceability for compliance?
Yes. Lot serialization with laser-etched part IDs is standard for our gaming customers. Each cut part can carry a unique identifier that follows it through the entire downstream workflow.
