Common questions

What materials and thicknesses do you cut?
Mild steel to 12 mm, stainless steel to 6 mm, aluminum to 5 mm, plus brass to 3 mm, copper to 2 mm, galvanized, and coated sheet on the flat-sheet cell. Tube laser handles round, square, and rectangular section up to 220 mm OD or 200 × 200 mm at 12 mm wall mild steel (8 mm aluminum), to 6.2 m length.
How fast can you turn around a prototype?
48–72 hours for prototype-scale flat sheet parts in standard materials. Tube laser prototype turn is 5 business days. Production lead times run 5–14 business days depending on quantity and finishing requirements.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes. Nevatronix is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and finished assemblies leaving the facility are UL Listed where applicable. First-article inspection reports are included on every production order; PPAP available on request.
Where are you located and do you ship?
Las Vegas, Nevada. We serve the southwest US directly and ship nationwide via standard freight. Customer pickup is welcome.
